A noodle choice of "chinese vermicelli" (mee hoon), yellow noodle and "chinese fettuccine" (kueh teow) with 2 types of popular soup-base to choose from, original (clear) and salted vege + tomatoes, that served with a range of "toppings" - Fresh seafood of fish, prawn, squid (seasonal),shell (seasonal) and homemade fish paste which served in the form of fish ball, fish cake and "Yu Fu"(deep fried mixture of fish paste and eggs), and with some garnishment of pasley, spring onion and fried onion.
The soup (salted vege + tomatoes) is tasty which not salty and not oily. The soup is also aromatic as it garnished with some pasley in it.
