John Wong ate this @ Sailors Cafe

Having both lunch and dinner at the same place, the presentation of the food never ceases to amaze me. Never really had ostrich on toast before, it was understandably a savory experience. Cuts of ostrich meat grilled and served with a strong sour sauce which nicely masks the smell of the ostrich meat while complementing its flavor. And topped with a perfect sunny side up, it does bring a bit of joy to the dish. The fries are awesome as they are sprinkled with with a little bit of chilli powder. Now could i just ask for a more tender and larger cut of ostrich and maybe a salad to go with it?
