Mama Chen ate this @ New Gaya Seafood Restaurant

It looked like any other shellfish/clam. In fact, initially I thought there wasnt much flesh. When I got to taste the reasonable sized portions, I was very pleasantly surprised. The combination of stir-fried garlic, ginger and spring onion was just ngam. The flesh was just well done, not over done. Very tasty and good food. I like this restaurant indeed!
